2026 Father's Day BOGO Return Note:
For BOGO Polo orders, both polos must be returned together for a full refund (subject to our normal terms and conditions below). If only one polo is returned, the refund will be adjusted based on the full retail value of the item kept. The free polo has no standalone cash value.
2026 Free Shipping & Free Home Team Tee – Promotional Return Policy
Applies to orders qualifying for the Spend $200, Get Free Shipping + Free Home Team Tee promotion.
Free Shipping Free shipping is applied at checkout when the qualifying order threshold is met. If a return reduces your order subtotal below $200, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
Free Home Team Tee (Gift with Purchase) The free Home Team Tee is a promotional gift included with qualifying orders. Please note the following:
- The free tee must be returned if you return the item(s) that brought your order total to $200 or above.
- If the free tee is not returned, its retail value of $44.00 will be deducted from your refund.
- The free tee is not eligible for exchange or store credit on its own.
- If you keep items totaling $200 or more after a partial return, you may keep the free tee.
General Returns Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. All other standard return policy terms apply.
We stand behind the gear we make. At the same time, we have to keep things fair, consistent, and sustainable for everyone. The guidelines below are the rules we operate by. Returns outside of these rules can and will be denied.
- Final Few items are excluded from qualifying purchases and remain final sale per our standard policy.
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our Return Center. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. A $5 restocking fee applies to all approved refunds.
Promotions cannot be stacked with other offers. Retroactive discounts do not apply.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

No scents, odors, deodorant marks, stains, or signs of wear

All original tags must be attached

Item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these standards will be denied and sent back at customer cost.
2. Final Sale Items (Strict)
The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
No exceptions.

Any product marked Final Sale at checkout

Marked-down / clearance items

Gift cards
3. No Returns or Exchanges on EU Shipments (Strict)
Orders shipped into the European Union are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason other than confirmed damage or incorrect fulfillment.

No cooling-off period applies.

No discretionary exceptions.

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it — but we do not accept EU returns for sizing, preference, or any other reason.
This rule overrides all other sections of this policy for EU orders.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange (Non-EU)
All returns must be initiated through our Return Center.
If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label or QR code with instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will be rejected.

5. Restocking Fee
All approved returns for refund are subject to a $5 restocking fee per return shipment.
This fee is deducted from your refund.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges may be processed without a restocking fee at our discretion.
6. Price Adjustments & Promotions

We do not apply retroactive discounts to past orders.

Promotions cannot be stacked.

Orders placed within 72 hours before a sitewide promotion may qualify for store credit for the difference.

Orders outside that window are not eligible for adjustments.
No exceptions outside these rules.
7. Exchange Inventory Policy
Exchange items are not guaranteed until the original item is received and inspected.
If the requested item sells out before your return arrives, store credit will be issued.
8. Return Label Expiration
Return labels must be used within 10 days.
Unused labels automatically void the return request.
9. Excessive Returns Policy
We reserve the right to flag, limit, or deny returns from accounts showing:

Behavior inconsistent with normal customer use

Attempts to bypass Final Sale rules
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email customerservice@liveforevergolf.com immediately with photos and your order number.
If confirmed, we will replace or refund as appropriate.
(EU orders only qualify for replacement in these cases — not returns.)
11. Refused Deliveries / Undeliverable Addresses
Refused or undeliverable orders will have:

A $5 restocking fee deducted

Outbound shipping deducted

Return shipping deducted
12. Late Returns
Returns received outside the 30-day window may be:

Issued store credit at our discretion
13. Holiday Return Policy (Non-EU)
Orders placed between November 15 and December 25 qualify for extended returns through January 15.
Final Sale items remain non-returnable.
EU shipments remain final sale year-round.
14. Refunds (Non-EU)
If your return is approved and received:

Refunds go to the original payment method

A $5 restocking fee and all shipping charges will be deducted

Refunds typically post within 10 business days
If 15 business days pass after approval and the refund hasn’t posted, contact us.
