We ship fast, communicate clearly, and keep expectations tight from checkout to delivery. The details below apply to all orders placed through liveforevergolf.com.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.
Your final shipping cost is based on:

  • Real-time carrier rates

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier availability and service level

Because we use dynamic pricing, neither we nor the customer will know the shipping cost until checkout displays the real-time rate.

To help keep shipping affordable, we work to secure highly competitive, negotiated carrier rates, and we pass those savings directly to you at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories may not qualify for free shipping depending on carrier rates.


2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Transit times begin after the package leaves our warehouse.

  • Ground Shipping - typically 3–7 business days

  • Expedited / 2-Day - typically 2–3 business days

  • Priority / Express - typically 1–2 business days

Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed.


3. Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday–Friday usually ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day.

During high-volume periods - including BFCM, holidays, Collegiate drops, and limited releases - processing may take 2–4 additional business days.

Pre-order and specialty capsule items follow the shipping date listed on their product page.


4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after label creation.

If you have not received tracking within a reasonable timeframe, contact customerservice@liveforevergolf.com.


5. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees.

If duties or taxes are refused - and the package is returned to us - any refund (if eligible) will have applicable shipping and fees deducted.


6. EU Shipping Policy 

All shipments to the European Union are Final Sale:

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

We will only replace EU orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.


7. Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by address correction requests

  • Lost or undeliverable packages caused by address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it is processed as an undeliverable shipment (see Section 11).


8. Missing, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is scanned as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Carriers do not insure or reimburse for porch theft.

If your package shows Delivered but is missing, we will assist by:

  • Contacting the carrier for a delivery investigation

  • Requesting driver GPS verification and drop-off details

  • Providing a documentation packet for police reports or credit card Purchase Protection claims

  • Advising next steps based on investigation results

Most carriers may pre-scan packages 24–48 hours before actual delivery.
Check neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, lockers, and alternate drop areas.

We cannot issue refunds for stolen packages.
A one-time courtesy replacement may be offered at our discretion based on:

  • Verified carrier investigation

  • Customer order history

  • Availability of the item

  • Claim or return patterns

Courtesy replacements are not guaranteed.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will replace the item or correct the issue. EU customers receive replacement only.


10. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing pre-orders, limited releases, or high-volume items may ship in multiple packages.

You will receive separate tracking numbers.
You are only charged shipping once.


11. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to pick up from customs or local post

  • Unpaid duties or taxes

  • Carrier inability to deliver

Any refund (if eligible) will have:

  • A $5 restocking fee

  • The original outbound shipping cost

  • The return shipping cost charged by the carrier

EU orders remain Final Sale even if returned to sender.


12. Holiday Shipping Timeline

From November 15 through December 31, carrier volume increases significantly. Delivery estimates may extend.

Processing times may stretch to 4–7 business days.
We strongly recommend ordering early.


13. Pre-Orders and Specialty Releases

Pre-order items ship according to the date listed on their product page.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship separately.
